Finally: Affirmed in Saving Magazines!

Now there is no hope I will agree to throw away loved magazines… I will just have to collect enough of the same kind to have a stool…or two!

Designer Arik Levy has come up with the perfect way to organize, file, and store my magazines in plain sight while giving me additional seating wherever I need it with his his Book Stool.

stacked against walls, books and magazines provide great insulation
    in this drafty old house.

I save all my mags too. The only ones i get rid of are BHG but before i do that I go through them and tear out all the stuff i like. Then i recylcel the rest. I have a large collection of Martha S., country living, country garden, garden shed, bhg garden issues, maryjanesfarm, etc… I think they look great in stacks against the walls too!lol

an entire bench of stools- there you go Joanne :)

I went and bought those magazine holders for Martha Stewart + Cooks magazines… but for the chunkier versions ( altho Martha’s often qualify) I really like this idea …wonder if I could away with cheaper straps?

Oh, hi there!

I was a garden blog pioneer, and began writing on this blog in 2003. Before that I had begun a garden website that has been at its own domain since 2006, Ilona's Garden.

I still love writing, gardening, and art after all these years, although travel and grandchildren have become a big part of my life, now.
