Bad Girl

Sorry about the overloaded, heavy design. I’ll fix it …really I will. I don’t even like waiting for my own page, and you know it’s bad when you are impatient to see your own stuff load.

Spring is definitely here. I have all those cute little crocus in different colors and lots of proud shoots all over the place.

We picked up the yard so that trailer trash is just a syaing… not that we are a trailer, no we are a run down old farmhouse that is always being fixed…but still, trashy is something you can do something about.

I am going to pieces over the plans for the wedding. I can’t understand it- usually I am very together about things like this. Maybe it’s menopause. Yes, let’s blame the hormones shall we? so convenient…even if a little too much familiarity for some of you.

oooh. yes. After I fix the page I will load it up with some photos. Can’t wait! They were taken at the Franklin Conservatory… and if I am very diigent and very good I will take some pics of the garden; but see that title up there? don’t get your hopes up yet. I think I put off my own photos.because. I . am ..no…….good. Hate to see the dream undone.

Well, later! with more poetic or useful posts and all these promises fulfilled……

Oh, hi there!

I was a garden blog pioneer, and began writing on this blog in 2003. Before that I had begun a garden website that has been at its own domain since 2006, Ilona's Garden.

I still love writing, gardening, and art after all these years, although travel and grandchildren have become a big part of my life, now.
