After Christmas day rains, we again had snowfall and the ground and trees were trimmed with a confectioners icing of powdered snow. It sifted down and clung to all the branches with little puffs in the crooks and crannies of the shrubs.
Since most of that took place in the night hours I took no new pictures of it. but thought I would post more of the early morning photos from the first lot.

ilona,
i am maybe 15% nostalgic right now.
{but only 1% jealous} remember
sledding the road all the way
down in “the glen”?
that first fluffy snow in
early morning is so enchanting.
i used head to conkles hollow
and winter hike in jan.
young bones fearless in the cold!
am too joint-creaky now, and
ruined by southern winters.
happy new year! j.
Beautiful snow images you captured! This is just another think I love about winter in Ohio – being able to share the breath taking images online. TOO BAD we don’t get any volunteers to help shovel!
